We’re officially announcing the 2025 FREQUENCY VA CREATIVE RETREAT is happening April 18–21 on Hatteras Island, NC!

This is our time to get away, reconnect with our creative selves, and lock in on a 3-track Frequency EP together. We’ll be staying in a cozy beach house with plenty of space to create, collaborate, and relax.

Here’s the official itinerary to get you hyped:

🗓️ Friday, April 18 (Arrival Day)

• 5:00 PM – Check-in & settle in

• 6:30 PM – Welcome dinner (provided) & Introductions

• 7:30 PM – Vision Circle + Frequency Intentions

• 8:30 PM – Creative Session #1: Writing & Track Concept Planning

• 10:00 PM – Chill Vibes / Open Studio

🗓️ Saturday, April 19 (Main Retreat Day)

• 9:00 AM – Breakfast & Check-in

• 9:30 AM – Morning Mindfulness

• 10:00 AM – Creative Session #2: Studio Recording & Content Creation

• 12:30 PM – Lunch Break

• 1:30 PM – Creative Session #3: Studio Recording & Content Creation

• 3:30–7:30 PM – Hang Out Time / Free Time

• 8:00 PM – Dinner Break, Bonfire & Night Vibes (weather permitting)

• 10:00 PM – Optional Night Studio or Wind Down

🗓️ Sunday, April 20 (Final Creative Day)

• 9:00 AM – Breakfast & Morning Recap

• 10:00 AM – Creative Session #4: Final Recordings

• 12:00 PM – Content Creation Hour (Photos/Videos/Behind the Scenes)

• 1:00 PM – Lunch Break

• 2:00 PM – Group Photo + Wrap Up Meeting Circle (Intentions, Reflections & Takeaways)

• 3:00–6:30 PM – Chill Time, Free Create, Optional Studio Time, Sunset Content Shoots

• 7:00 PM – Closing Vibes + Dinner

🗓️ Monday, April 21

• 9:00 AM – Pack Up + To-Go Light Breakfast

• 10:00 AM – Checkout (please have your area cleaned and ready for inspection)

Sleeping Arrangements:

• 2 Bedrooms with 3 total beds available for members

• Organizers will be staying in the additional bedroom (not available to members)

House Rules:

• 🚫 No smoking inside

• 🐾 No pets allowed

• 🚷 No non-member guests without written approval

• 🪪 Photo ID may be required at check-in

• 🎶 Respect noise ordinances and neighbors

• 🧼 Please report any damages to Frequency organizers immediately

Check-In Instructions:

• Arrive after 5:00 PM on Friday, April 18

• Let the organizers know of any issues upon arrival

Check-Out Instructions (Before 10:00 AM Monday):

• Remove all perishable items

• Take out all trash

• Load and start the dishwasher

• Strip linens from used beds

• Pile all used towels and linens

• Turn off all electronics and lights

• Lock all windows and doors

• Property must be left in the same condition as found to avoid fees

Internet Access:

• Wi-Fi info will be posted on-site upon arrival

Parking:

• 3 cars in the driveway (🚫 Do not park over the septic tank on the right side)

• Street parking is first-come, first-served

• RV/trailer parking is allowed on-site

Daily Pass $33/day

Single Overnight Stay $66/night

✅ Sign the Retreat Liability & Media Release Waiver

If selected, your booking will only grant access to you, unless we approve it in writing prior to booking. Frequency VA will be capturing the moments with professional photography and videography.
